Dear visitors! Situated on the coast, surrounded by centennial pine wood, „VILLA LUXURIA“ is unique for many things. The Villa is located on one of the most beautiful parts of the Island of Korčula, with an open view of the Island of Hvar and Pelješac peninsula.
Since it is situated on the outskirts of the village, privacy and silence are guaranteed even in the middle of summer, when there are a lot of tourists on the island. You can choose among six apartments with the surface area ranging from 108 to 113 m2, each with a parking space.
The Villa is only 15 m away from the sea and there are two private swimming pools in front of it.
Here you can monitor the progress of the Villa's construction. Every month we will be uploading new pictures from the building site. Buyers in the early stages of construction have a certain price discount and a possibility to directly influence the interior layout of the rooms in their apartment.
